do you install customer supplied tires?

This is a complicated situation. While we understand the want to get things cheaper, we have a bottom line to meet. Online retailers use many unethical tactics to reduce the price for the tires that they sell. Many times this includes selling old stock. We do not install tires purchased elsewhere unless you remove and bring just the wheel, we offer this as a courtesy to people who have purchased and cannot return a tire.

do you do custom work?

Yes we do! After all, customization is the cornerstone of a Motorcycle business. We can do everything between some simple bolt-ons to complete design and fabrication. Send us a message and set up a consultation to see how we can serve you.

i have a metric bike, do you work on those?

Absolutely! All name brand machines are welcome here. We have extensive background in both Metric and American Motorcycles.

can i bring my own parts?

There are some situations that we allow customers to bring their own parts. The problem is what to do when the parts are either bad or incorrect. It is not always apparent immediately that a part is not the right one, sometimes this is discovered a few hours into the job. We will install your parts under the premise that, if it is wrong or bad, you will be responsible for paying any additional labor required as a result of the part being incorrect or simply is not a good part.

i have a problem that several other shops could not fix, can you fix it?

How many times have we heard this? So many that we have made our own procedures to get to the bottom of the problem. Our first step is to dig down to what the original complaint was. Then we move on to check everything that the other shops did to be sure that what they did is not masking the root problem. Usually at that point we can determine what the original problem was and fix it. Sometimes this process is time consuming, especially on cases where the other guys really did not know what they were doing and makes adjustments that should never be made (Kawasaki Mule throttle bodies are a common one).
